Every order begins with a conversation so we can help determine the right combination of shades for your desired result.
Our hair is available to stylists and clients for purchase.
Step 01 - Send us a text.
Text our team at (858) 205-9789 to begin your order. If you are a licensed professional, you will be asked to provide your license information. We will set up an immediate call with you to finish your order.
Step 02 - Send us your photos.
Send clear, recent photographs of the hair to the same number you texted. Professional stylists will be asked to submit photos of their client’s hair. Individual clients will be asked to send photos of their own. Our team will review your images and discuss your desired result with you over the phone.
Step 03 - Consult & customize.
During your phone consultation, our team will help you determine the ideal extension method, length, texture, and color for your desired result. Using our 36-shade collection as a foundation, we’ll discuss your individual needs and preferences, whether you’re looking for a signature shade or completely custom color. Every order is made to order rather than pulled from pre-existing inventory, allowing us to prioritize quality, freshness, and attention to detail throughout the preparation process.
Step 04 - Confirm your order.
Once your order details have been finalized, our team will review your selection and provide the information needed to complete your purchase over the phone.

At DRBeauty PRO, licensed cosmetologists are eligible for exclusive professional pricing upon providing a valid cosmetology license number. Our team is available to assist stylists with color matching, texture blending and custom color requests for their clients.
Our color ring.
Our professional color ring features all 36 signature shades and is available for purchase under Professional Tools. Designed as a convenient reference for in-salon consultations, it allows stylists to quickly compare shades while working with their clients in person.
However, our color ring is not required to place an order.
Our personalized phone consultation and photo-based color matching are available to every customer.
